Since the updated ubuntu branding has landed, the icon isn't just the logo. See attached screenshot

I think this logo comes from

Jeremy, I think the bug refers to the launcher icon, not the accounts one

there was another use of the wrong icon, a fix has been uploaded on tuesday but hasn't been reviewed by the release team yet
