Bug Description

Search in gnome-maps does not work in bionic. It seems to be because of an old version.
I found this bug which seems to be related:
https://<email address hidden>/msg1736900.html

Since bionic is still supported for three years this should work.

Same here, on bionic with gnome-maps 3.28.1-1.

I can search for an address, a landmark or else, but if I select it (by pressing enter for instance) the map won't navigate to this point.

Directions, however, are working fine (with the search function still being a bit shaky).
