Create launcher - type location - cannot set location

Bug Description

When trying to create a launcher to open a location:

- Create launcher
- In type, select location
- Enter a name
- Click browse

Now, when selecting a directory/folder, the only available option is open, which opens the directory rather than selecting it and entering the path in the 'Location' box. This effectively makes it impossible to create a launcher to a location in this manner.

If the user types the path into the 'location' box, eg '/etc/myapp/directory' and then saves the launcher, the resulting launcher does work, so the problem is only with the browsing for the location in order to create the launcher.

Since this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin work, I'm going to mark it as confirmed and let them handle it from here. Thanks for taking the time to make Ubuntu better!
