gnome-panel can't be set to right orientation

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

To reproduce bug:
1) Create new panel, set to right orientation and uncheck expand.
2) Logout user, and relogin.
3) New panel is now orientated on the left side of the screen, if you attempt to change to right the drop down box will reset to left.
4) To move panel to right, check expand, and then select right orientation and it works, until next login or reboot.

@traxxas you are right, I am able to confirm this issue under a fully updated Lucid, additionally I have found upstream report in bugzilla so I will put bugwatch to your report. Thanks!
