Bug Description
How to reproduce:
1. Login with account A(in my case system manager)
2. Switch to user B
3. Login as user B.
3. Switch back to user A.
Before i need to enter the credentials of A i can see the screen of A for about a second without.

The bug is still present, in each Ubuntu and Ubuntu Gnome release.
Tested on 14.04, 16.04, 16.10, 17.04
Can see the same bug with only a user on resume.
Please fix this.
