gnome-screenshot does not work in Gnome Classic

Bug Description

When attempting to make a screenshot in the 'Gnome Classic (no effects)', the sound is played and the screen flashes, but no window appears to view and save the screenshot.

When running gnome-screenshot from the terminal, I get
