Bug Description

I sendend the bug for indicator-applet-complete using 100% of cpu.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-applet/+bug/1633558

But seems it's a gnome-panel flashback problem ONLY, so I send it here because it makes unusable the gnome-sesion flashback, I upgraded some Ubuntu 16.04 to Ubuntu 16.10 on some laptops and in all of them is aquestion of time that indicator-applet-complete uses all the cpu and lot of ram, and makes the computer ultra slow, so in any gnome-panel instalation with ubuntu 16.10 (upgraded from 16.04) this bugs makes gnome-sesion unusable.
