when i entered a dvd than two icon appear

Bug Description

when i entered a dvd than two icon appear suddenly,when we login then there is no icon in the launcher but when i entered a dvd why there is 2 icons appear?i think one is enough . both have the same function and both are same but there is a colour difference in them as you see in the screenshot.
if this is the icon for message of new dvd so this should be merge with the drive icon.like the other application and it shows two arrows in the launcher like the other application shows simple.

The first one is the message dialog icon. The second one is the device launcher icon.

one icon is the drive the other is for the currently focused dialog box, this is not a unity bug.

one is for message and other is launcher device but only one can enough for the both purpose like for message and drive or launcher icon.

For me those 2 icons don't perform the same action (and they don't look exactly the same either).

Maybe merging them might make some sense, but requires taking into account the user's settings for this type of device/medium (maybe providing an option to open the dialog from the launcher icon's "right-click menu" so that those who disabled it can still access it?).

So maybe when showing this dialog is the default "new medium action" set by the user, it could also show this dialog when clicking the device icon in the launcher? Or maybe it should only focus that dialog window when it's already there?

ok i have checked again the upper one icon shows the questions about what to do and the other one directly open the dvd.. i am confused why the two icons appear it should be possible that both of the icons merge it will be better.

Thank you for your bug report, the double icon is fine but maybe by default inserting a DVD should trigger the dvd player rather than asking what to do?
