Bug Description

Dear Developers,

I use Ubuntu 12.04 with latest updates, and have got a ASUS 1015 PEM netbook. When I login by Unity or Gnome Shell, I can not use my right hand keys because it comes Numlock by default, and i can not deactivate it. Now I write this from wmii environment and it does not occur.

Thanks for your help
