Bug Description
I am currently running Ubuntu 19.04 with vanilla Gnome shell 3.32 installed.
I find that the launcher in Gnome does not always accept the icon of a program. I have had difficulties with it accepting Firefox, Files and the Terminal icons.
I "work around" seems to be to include the icon at the second last spot from the bottom.
I have had this issue on two separate computers using the same configuration ie, Ubuntu 19.04 with vanilla Gnome shell 3.32.
