Apps from PPAs with AppStream metadata cannot be uninstalled

Bug Description
This happens on the latest Snap Store on fully updated Ubuntu 20.04. When adding a PPA and installing a package from this PPA using apt, the app is correctly displayed in Snap Store if it has AppStream metadata, however when clicking "Remove", nothing happens. Also, the source for this app is displayed as "unknown".
To reproduce this issue, try, for example, installing Lutris:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:lutris-
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install lutris
Then restart the computer or run "killall snap-store", then launch Ubuntu Software again, switch to the Installed tab, click on "Lutris" and click "Remove".
