Further to my report:

The machine used was - InWin BL641 i5-10400,32GB,Intel UHD Graphics 630,Ethernet,Intel 660p 512GB M.2 NVMe hd with Testcase:BIOS,no encryption,full disk,Internet - running in VirtualBox

This occurred on box:

Dell [Latitude] 7280 (i5-7300U,16Gb, Intel HD Graphics 620, Intel Ethernet I219-LM GB, Intel Wireless AC8265, Intel wireless Bluetooth, 500GB hd)
Testcase:BIOS,no encryption,full disk,Internet - running in QEMU
