La versione in uso è stata aggiornata dalla versione 12.04 LTS prima alla versione 12.10 e poi alla versione 13.04.

I parametri passati all'applicazione non erano in un formato valido. Segnalare un bug.

I've ubuntu 12.04 LTS and i have upgrade to 12.10 first and i have upgrade to 13.04 later.

The details of the error window are:

I have notate that i can play a song from internet (magnatune) but not my mp3 files on disk.

i have installed add-on gstreamer plugins from the bad set and gstreamer plugins from the ugly set and the problem is resolved.
now i'have uninstalled this plugins too but the problem is not presented.
i think this information can help you.
