Bug Description

Binary package hint: evince

I am printing a PDF from evince to a remote printer (Brother MFC-8860DN) that supports duplex printing. In evince's print dialog, in the Page Setup tab, I select DuplexNoTumble, then click print. The page that comes out of the printer is printed in DuplexTumble mode. Saving the PDF file and then printing from lpr with the command "lpr mypdf.pdf" works correctly.

Yes. It looks like it's not evince-specific.

I confirm this bug.
I have a Brother MFC9840 CDW printer with duplex printing capability.
This bug is appeared only when I have upgraded to Jaunty.
When you select DuplexNoTumble or DuplexTumble, the output is always like DuplexNoTumble.
I have this problem with OpenOffice 3.0 (OOO3M15), Evince (2.26.1), gedit (2.26.1).
With Intrepid, there wasn't this problem.
