Bug Description

When you select a line or so of text and drag it to move it, it will scroll if it approaches the bottom of gedit. This is good! But, it scrolls way too fast. It's difficult to stop anywhere in the middle of the file; it will go straight to the top or bottom. Could this be slowed down to be more usable?
