Bug Description

`hp-uninstall` fails due to `error: Failed to close HP-Toolbox/HP-Systray. Close manually and run hp-uninstall again.`. The log file `~/.hplip/hp-uninstall.log` doesn't contain any information. Please investigate the code around this failure and expose the reason for the failure in the output or at least the log file.

The error message is an expected behavior if the toolbox is open and we try to uninstall HPLIP.
