Crash of HUD -- while trying to send a bug report from Terminal

I had a bug with "linux-image" on 13.10. After reseting the computer and loading the system again, I tried to send a bug report via terminal.
While process was taking place, it just didn't finish and got stuck. When I forced closed it, I got the error report regarding package HUD.
