Bug Description
Indicator applet appmenu break/hide all indicators when added to panel.
Only indicators are affected, regular applets continue to work.
If indicator-
Observed first somehwere around Saucy alpha release.
Validated with both gnome-panel 3.6.x and 3.8.x.

Workaround:
Run "initctl stop unity-panel- service" (without quotes).
Note: must be run on every login, or add as a startup program using gnome-session- properties.
