Bug Description

Indicator applet appmenu break/hide all indicators when added to panel.
Only indicators are affected, regular applets continue to work.
If indicator-applet-appmenu killed, remaining indicators restored and function properly.
Observed first somehwere around Saucy alpha release.

Validated with both gnome-panel 3.6.x and 3.8.x.

Workaround:

Run "initctl stop unity-panel-service" (without quotes).

Note: must be run on every login, or add as a startup program using gnome-session-properties.
