Bug Description
Binary package hint: indicator-appmenu
indicator-appmenu = 0.0.11-0ubuntu2
Some apps add menus which remain after the application window closes, perhaps there are processes that don't quit.
So far I have witnessed this with nautilus, software-center and the keyring unlock dialog. The unlock dialog is particularly ugly, in the auto-login case on a netbook. For me it opens on login, and leaves around empty File/Edit menus.

Appmenu doesn't seem to note that once those dialogs are closed, it's back to a "desktop" window. May also be bamf related.
