disabling bluetooth makes battery's setting switch to hide

Bug Description
That's an issue on the touch image, the system-settings' battery code used the enable/disable switch from the indicator over qmenumodel, or the indicator is hidden when bluetooth is off, which leads to the UI dropping from the settings as well
We should probably export another widget for the settings to use
