Allow fast switching between timezones

Bug Description

In the control center i can add multiple timezones. Whenever I move around i need to set the new timezone manually. It would be so cool if I could just switch between my preconfigured locations.

This would also prevent things like #833337

This is possible in the desktop form of indicator-datetime but is currently not in the design for the phone form, likely due to lack of space.

It's probably a Design question on how this might be improved, on the phone, either via the indicator or in system settings, so reassigning to mpt for feedback.

"In the control center i can add multiple timezones" suggests that this is about the PC, not the phone. Is that correct, Kai? (Ubuntu on phones makes it more important than ever that bug reports mention an exact Ubuntu version.)

Choosing an indicator menu item is more convenient than diving into System Settings, but it still counts as "set the new timezone manually". Automatic time zone changing would be based on location. So if this was about the phone, it would be a duplicate of bug 1377087. The PC design needs to converge in including that option.
