Locked Screen rotation doesn't persist between restarts

Bug Description
Bq Aquaris m10 fhd Ubuntu edition. Ubuntu 15.10 ota-12
I set the screen rotation to landscape. Then lock the screen rotation with the drop down menu option. Screen rotation stays locked in landscape mode whilst on. If I power-off then power-on the screen returns to portrait even though the screen lock button state indicates its still locked I.e green.
Expected behaviour would be that tablet remains in landscape mode across restarts.
