Printer indicator still there after removing printer

Bug Description

To reproduce:
- Configure a printer that doesn't work for whatever reason
- Print something (it'll just stack up in a queue)
- Remove the printer
- The indicator is still there marking a now non-existent job

For me, the printer indicator is present from the outset/log-on, regardless of whether or not an active printer is connected, or whether or not there is a job in the queue. I *am* using wingpanel though, so I don't know whether this explains the indicators persistent presence, but the printer indicator really ought to only be present when an active or erroneous print job is present within the queue or (optionally) only if an active printer is connected. Regardless of what panel one uses , be it wingpanel, unity or GNOME2 and it's various forks.
