Bug Description
This came up briefly in a session with ted, charles, kenvandine: pls. remove the dbus-test-runner delay hack from the packaging of indicator-power. Apparently this helped the tests to pass but should no longer be necessary.

Allan, iirc that was added in by cyphermox, so you might want to ask him about what problem it was intended to solve.
