Does not indicate that an operation is in progress

In Karmic we got ubuntuone-client-updating.png icon which was used when syncdaemon was performing some operation.
Now with current indicator-sync the icon does not change. It should change to reflect various conditions as seen on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SyncMenu
