Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the sync menu;
2. Click on "Ubuntu One" switch to disable synchronization;
3. Reboot Ubuntu;
4. Open the sync menu. Note that Ubuntu One switch is on again.

It would be a better design, in my opinion, if the sync menu would remember the last state (enabled or disabled) sync service was set. For example, one would only want to enable sync service at specific time to save bandwidth or because he often is connected to an insecure network.

Broken state-awareness is not a wish, so I remove the wishlist-tag. It's simply a bug.

Another scenario to reproduce is (here in Saucy):
1. Open "Ubuntu One" menu
2. Go to settings and switch off "Connect automatically at startup"
3. Reboot

-> Indicator is marks Ubuntu One as active, although if you start "Ubuntu One" it is disabled.

This means the indicator does not check the Ubuntu One's state at the startup and just assumes, it's always activated which is not everytime the case. So it's a bug.
