Just had this crash on Natty without further interaction, apport presented Bug #763054 and Bug #824451, latter is from Oneiric. Joined this one since it was on Natty 64-bit, but it obviously affects different architectures and the new release. Didn't have it yet on Oneiric, but perhaps apport needs a bug pattern.

Does this all the time when computer is idle. (12.04) Usually it just disappears & I have to re-start it.

This error happens all the time. I've since switched to
my-indicator-weather and haven't had any issues. I plan to do a fresh
install of 12.04 and see if indicator-weather works on my system.

Still alive (and annoyng) in 12.10 32bit and 64bit.

It's seems to be that almost all the indicator applet suffer of a similar problem

With respect that this crash affects 51 people and is still present with the latest version of Indicator-Weather on Ubuntu13.04 develper branch I set the status of the upstream report to confirmed.
