Bug Description
I run BOINC and have been running the Collatz project application for Intel GPUs for a few years. These have been working well.
On updating to Impish (for Hirsute) all 3 systems running this (3 Intel NUcs with i5-5250U, i3-8109U and i3-10110U CPUs) started to fail *every* Collatz job.
The error messages reported by the app are things like:
The verification of the steps for 105737295648973
Error: GPU steps do not match CPU steps. Workunit processing aborted.
The verification of the steps for 105853147516415

FWIW, it started working again for me with Jammy.
Just have to wait for the project to come back after its move now....
