Ubuntu is shipping the same microcode updates as Debian, so I can answer that.

The current version of intel-microcode in Debian and Ubuntu ships what is inside Intel's 20180807a "Linux microcode" package as far as the Intel x86-64 processors are concerned.

For the i7-6850K (sig: 0x406f1), that would be revision 0xb00002e.
