Bug Description
In devel version of Ubuntu, mpv provides black output if -vo=vaapi is specified.-vo=xv or -vo=x11 works OK, even -vo=opengl works.
mpv movie.mkv produces:
Using hardware decoding (vaapi).
VO: [opengl] 1280x526 vaapi[nv12]
in working case.
While this one outputs only black screen:
Using hardware decoding (vaapi).
VO: [vaapi] 1280x526 vaapi[nv12]
Maybe the problem is in libva-x11 instead? I tried to downgrade to 1.7.3 version from 1.8.3, but no change.
