Bug Description

Spelling error appears in error message displayed to the user.
diff below is difference between original file and my own fixed version.

Actually there seems to be a larger issue of it not compiling natively under ubuntu as OPEN_MAX was removed in linux 2.6.23 so no one can compile RDISC and see that error message anyway!
