Bug Description
I as usual try to double-click the application window is minimizing the window of another application.
In addition the standard minimize-

Сlarification.
I noticed that this bug depends on work of Kate sessions.
Beacuse if I go to the menu "Sessions->Quick Open Session" and open any saved session then everything works fine!
