Bug Description

On a fresh installation of kgpg through the Muon package manager, the program runs as anticipated the first time. After closing the program, it fails to start again.

Running "kdesudo kgpg" in the konsole allows the program to run again. Subsequent attempts with the same command thereafter fail with the same error message.

If it helps, my install is a bit different. Although it may not be an approved application, I experience the same issue. I am running:

Release 16.04.1 LTS (Xenial Xerus) 64-bit
Kernel Linux 4.4.0-34-generic x86_64
MATE 1.12.1
