Bug Description

kiwi-dracut-oem-dump has a dependency on kexec-tools which is not built for riscv64.

The origin of that patch appears to be:

There seems to be some ongoing conversation about that patch:

Given that it's been around for a year and not merged yet and still under discussion with fundamental-looking changes needed, I though it best to not apply the patch.

I have elected to remove the risc-v build from kiwi-dracut-oem-dump until the above is resolved.

The ubuntu delta should be applicable to debian too. But it is done in a way that is not upstreamable to Debian.

Please change debian/control to have arch specific depends on kexec-tools, for all Debian arches where it exists, and please contribute it to debian.
