Bug Description

I'm on bionic dailies and kubuntu does not expose the Qt Virtual Keyboard[1] anywhere except the login screen. There are no options anywhere to find it in the accessibility settings. I have not confirmed if this is different in the wayland session [2] (I am using an X11 session)

Qt Virtual Keyboard is not supposed to be used under X session, the one that comes with Qt 5.9 at least. You can enable it by setting a global environment variable but better not do that. Under X it's more of a nuisance rather than something helpful. Consider a different solution. Status should be set to "Invalid".
