Bug Description
The synaptic Estonian translation had encoding issue in upstream when it was included in Ubuntu maverick. Now certain characters show up as ? question marks. In launchpad the translation is corrected, but to get it into release, language pack update should be released. If this isn't planned anytime soon, I would humbly request such a move.
