Add Crawley to available clock applet locations

Bug Description

I'm unable to add Crawley (UK) as a location in the World Clock, to display time and weather information. The location is present on weather.com:
http://www.weather.com/outlook/travel/businesstraveler/local/UKXX0816?from=search_city

It should be added to the list of locations.

I'm running an up-to-date Hardy.

Thank you for your bug report, how many citizen do you have in your city? See http://live.gnome.org/LibGWeather/ImprovingLocations about how locations are handled, upstream decide to add only major cities. The request should be sent to bugzilla.gnome.org

According to wikipedia, the population is estimated at 100,100 in 2007.
