Bug Description

notify-send -i /usr/share/pixmaps/firefox.png -u critical -t 2500 -h string:sound-file:/usr/share/sounds/KDE-Im-Cant-Connect.ogg -c Test "Test" "Test"

Shows the notification but plays no sound.

How can I play a sound-file by notify-send?

I am using Kubuntu 16.04 LTS and notify-send 0.7.6
