Bug Description
Binary package hint: lintian
Lintian should warn on a source upload if there's a -XubuntuY version without a corresponding -X Debian version in the changelog. This should catch cases where people mean to use -0ubuntuX. This should be a warning only as we have some cases where Ubuntu has an epoch bump and this isn't possible. I think this warning should also function with native Debian packages as well.
