Auto complete boxes steals focus from virtual keyboard on nexus 7

Bug Description
On nexus 7 in quetzal, the auto complete boxes steal focus from virtual keyboard, causing user to have to double tap letters when on screen keyboard is visible. When on screen keyboard keyboard disappears need to double tapping disappears as well, so double letters are typed. I would expect the auto complete box (or any thing else) to not be able to steal focus away fromon screen keyboard, aka always on top no double taps. Issue is most noticeable in Firefox wonderbar.
