[ 0.784296] pcie_mp2_amd: probe of 0000:c4:00.7 failed with error -12

[Fix]

6 upstream commits from v6.9-rc1.

[Test Case]

The MP2 shall ben enabled correctly with:

[Where problems could occur]

No. This enables MP2 on new processor families with backward support.

[Other Info]

While this is on v6.9-rc1 only, Noble and oem-6.8 will be nominated for fix.

========== original bug report =========

Extend MP2 register region to enable family 1AH based family on the supported OEM platforms, needs to be backported into oem-6.8.

[ 0.784296] pcie_mp2_amd: probe of 0000:c4:00.7 failed with error -12
