Bug Description

Hello!

I found that both of generic and snapdragon kernels from focal repository (5.4.0-14-generic and 5.4.0-14-snapdragon was tested) does not boot on Lenovo Yoga C630 WOS. Boot process hang at "Loading device tree blob..." (which means I can not provide apport report, because I can not boot kernel from focal repository, and apport refuse to collect information with other kernels).

At the same time snapdragon kernel from https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v5.4.20/ boot mostly fine (albeit with https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=204685 and https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1863761 ).

At the same time, Linux 5.13 from mainline PPA works fine.
