Bug Description

The backlight brightness is not set to the level during the last logoff. If I restart (with the adapter on) at 30%Brightness, on the very log on the brightness is reverted to 100%. However if I press the brightness button once (either the increase or the decrease) the brightness is adjusted to the level set at the previous logoff.Tested in upstream kernel 4.3.0 but the issue is not fixed there as well.
Search in dmesg gives the following
[ 3.553567] [drm] radeon atom DIG backlight initialized
[ 4.883686] [drm:radeon_acpi_init [radeon]] *ERROR* Cannot find a backlight controller
