Booting a Lenovo S-10 Ideal pad on the 4.13 kernel in Artful fails to bring up the Graphical display (only the mouse shows). Console-mode works fine. Switch back to previous release kernel (4.10) works fine.
Booting includes an intel graphics assertion about plane B switching.
