Bug Description
In Debian, the tools cpupower, turbostat and x86_energy_
Currently on Debian sid, we have

Reverse-Recommends

Reverse-Depends
* opa-basic-tools [amd64
Having linux-tools-common Providing linux-cpupower would allow us to keep the aforementioned packages in sync with Debian without introducing a delta.
