I noticed that when I choose Wayland to logon to my Ubuntu 23.04 desktop PC, the display would crash at least once within 6 hours. Crash means total dark screen. Mouse,keyboard, or replugging the HDMI cable doesn't have any effects. Once the display crashes, ssh is possible but reboot commands would time out. sudo commands take more than 10 seconds. The problem does not occur if I choose xorg to logon to the desktop. The hardware specifications are:
