Bug Description

Well, when i try to use my compúter, it appears a ubuntu error message. Similarly, when i enter the firefox, it crashes after some seconds

My laptop stopped booting, then I chose an alternative Ubuntu boot and use 6.8.0-38.
Note: Using recovery mode with 6.8.0-40, boot stopped with Kernel panic.

Upon booting the system with 6.8.0-38, apt get update; apt get upgrade stopped with this:
sudo apt-get upgrade
