[Dell Inspiron 14z (N411z)] Turning Bluetooth off turns Wifi off

Bug Description
Well,
Whenever I try to turn bluetooth off, the airplane mode kick in. Afterward, I can switch that mode off but it is only after using the function key on my keyboard... Then and only then my wireless is back up (with Bluetooth, of course)....
