Bug Description

I've recently started getting the following messages in /var/log/syslog about every minutes. Googled "Missed a PM interrupt" but no useful results have come up.

Except that sudo is somewhat slower than it was used to be, nothing seems wrong with my server for now. Can I ignore this messages? Maybe this issue is related with Bug 38632 - IRQ Nobody Cared on Sandybridge Additional Ethernet Card (https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=38632 - unavailable for now).

From the logs (CurrentDmesg.txt and WifiSyslog.txt) it looks like this is an upstreams issue. There's a bug report here:

https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42907

And some discussion here:

https://lkml.org/lkml/2011/9/2/342

Unfortunately, the logs are not conclusive as they are not complete: the 'Tainted' field contains a 'W', which means a warning has previously been issued by the kernel. Would you be able to attach a complete dmesg log next time you see this issue? In the meantime, I'm setting the status of the bug to 'Incomplete'. Please change it to 'Confirmed' again once you have a full dmesg.

Also, this seems to be caused when resuming from suspend/hibernation. Can you confirm this?
