Bug Description
When building my live environment, I am receiving the following error:
E: Unable to locate package live-config-upstart
Digging through the live-config changelist, the systemd and upstart backends have been removed;
live-config (3.0.23-1+deb8u1) unstable; urgency=low
* Removing experimental systemd and upstart backends (Closes: #726536).
